✨ Now On Me
Acceptable Use Policy
Version 1.0 · Last updated 2026-07-07
⚠️ Draft for review. Engineering draft, not legal advice — have counsel review before production.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Now On Me. It exists to protect you, other people, and the shared AI providers that make the Service possible. Breaking these rules can get your account suspended and can put our providers' access at risk for everyone — so we enforce it strictly and automatically.
You must have the right to every image you use
- Only upload photographs of yourself, or of people who have given you explicit consent to use their image with this Service.
- Never upload an image of another person without their consent, or any image you are not lawfully entitled to use.
- Never upload images of anyone who is, or appears to be, under 18.
Prohibited content and uses
You must not use the Service to create, attempt to create, upload, or distribute:
- Nudity or sexual content of any kind, or content that sexualises a person.
- Any content involving minors — zero tolerance. Child sexual abuse material is illegal; we detect, block, permanently ban, and report it to the appropriate authorities.
- Non-consensual imagery — using another real person's likeness without consent, "deepfakes", impersonation, or content intended to deceive as to who a person is or what they endorse.
- Content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, or violent, or that promotes self-harm or illegal activity.
- Content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Any use that violates our AI providers' policies (including Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy) or applicable law.
- Attempts to circumvent safety filters, rate limits, or these rules; automated scraping or abuse of the Service.
How we enforce this
- Automated filters screen every generation. Blocked attempts are logged.
- Repeated violations trigger automatic account suspension. This is deliberate: repeated attempts to generate prohibited content can cause our AI providers to revoke access, which would break the Service for every user. We suspend abusive accounts to protect that shared access.
- Severe violations (especially anything involving minors) result in a permanent ban and, where required by law, a report to the relevant authorities.
- Believe you were suspended in error? Contact [email protected].
